Fit looks different on everyone. Work with a certified trainer to find your version of fit. With check ins and monthly goals your certified trainer will help you achieve the best possible results. Learn basic nutritional habits in addition to your workouts for your new lifestyle change. Initial Consultation needed before booking this option!
To cancel or reschedule consults please inform Trainer within 12 hours. In person training sessions should be cancelled within 24 hours. Virtual training sessions should be cancelled within 12 hours. All Fitness Party cancellations should be done 48 hours prior to start time in order to receive refund of deposit.
